I created a spreadsheet that has the buildings people have mentioned that they wanted. I also have a suggested build order on there for some of the items.

I have no major objections to Kirk's build order. Depending on how events unfold, it could change however.
Due to my turtling nature in games like Command & Conquer or Starcraft, I generally lean towards building as strongly as possible from the center out, considering the "castle district" within our city as the center point. Walls, sewers, paved streets, wells, even street lamps, wouldn't bother me any for that district before we added a second district. This build list would take us well into a second, and maybe a third district.
